Originally from Osaka, this is Manabu Horie’s second season making tasty burgers in Niseko. When the season ends he is planning to drive to Sapporo and Honshu to continue selling his burgers throughout the spring, summer and autumn.
Manabu-san likes to travel and move around, and this is why he loves his job. Come and try his lamb, teriyaki beef, shrimp and potato burgers from his van parked outside of blo*blo bar.
