Local chefs, sommelier, artists and foodies will gather for 3 days to enjoy world-class cuisines
with Hokkaido’s fresh seasonal seafood and produce, superb wines and spectacularly themed
events set in the exquisite nature of Niseko. This 3 day extravaganza features a Gala dinner
prepared by Michelin star chefs and Hilton chefs, a cooking demonstration with lunch and a
Tapas party, art gallery and workshop by local artists.
