Niseko Snow Report & Forecast January 25, 2015

Clear, sunny skies again today – Mount Yotei’s crater was visible through most of the day. BDT guides reported heavy traffic at Niseko United and the nearby backcountry areas. No new snow fell at our weather plot, and the total snow at base decreased by 5 cm.

Niseko’s dry spell to continue tomorrow (Monday/January 26) with sun expected mid-day and minimal new snow predicted overnight. Snowfall expected to pick up through the week as a storm rolls in on Monday night.

Total snow at base: 191cm
