And we’re off! Niseko has opened lifts at three resorts with about a 1m base up high. In the past 24 hours we’ve had an extra 15-20cm of fresh snow and both the village and mountain are beautifully covered in white.
We might see a bit of a break in the snow today before it comes back tomorrow and should keep falling for a few days to consolidate what we’ve got. Welcome to season 2015 / 2016!
