By 18th January 2010August 27th, 2013

Niseko Gourmet presents an exclusive wine and art dinner hosted by Richard Cohen, Managing Director, Village Cellars and Simon Robinson, President, Hokkaido Tracks Development along with a photographic display by Niseko Photography.

Simon will host this eight course dinner in the presence of special guest Richard Cohen.  Richard will share his knowledge of eight extremely impressive Australian wines that have been stored in perfect conditions in Japan since their release from the winery and which are for use only on special occasions.  Each wine is matched with a course to compliment by Niseko Gourmet.

Simon will deliver an insight into the history of Niseko and the vision for its future, whilst Richard will take you on a voyage of the development of the wine market in Japan over the past two decades during which he pioneered Village Cellars, one of Japan’s leading wholesalers.

During the evening you will be able to enjoy a photographic exhibition displayed by local photographers Niseko Photography.
