Thin clouds cover Niseko town at 6:30 am, but I believe it will clear up soon. I went to Grand Hirafu yesterday. Some fresh snow helped icy courses to recover. I couldn’t find any powder spots however I enjoyed soft groomers under the blue sky.
I’m going back to Moiwa today, I want to check their new item ”Kamakura” near the gate 6. I will practice turns and curving on fresh groomers. Back country touring should be fun in this mild weather, too.
