By 12th March 2012August 27th, 2013

On Wednesday March 14 from 10am-3pm Liberty Skis Japan will be holding a demo of their 2012-2013 ski models. It will take place at the Gondola base in Hirafu, and it is free of charge.

There will be a selection of park, all-mountain, and powder skis available for demo. The “Genome”, a highly regarded powder ski, and the “Mutant”, the fattest powder ski available in Japan, will be among the many skis that you can test drive this wednesday.

Liberty Skis is an independent ski maker from Colorado USA that started up in 2003. All of their skis feature a bamboo core which results in the skis being light, strong and having great flex characteristics.

Their skis have received numerous awards in North America and are now the third largest independent ski maker in the US after 4FRNT and ARMADA. This is the third year that Liberty Skis are in Japan. They are based in Hakuba and in Nagano prefecture, and their skis are also available in shops all across Japan.
