THE Lib-Tech Skate Banana ruffled a lot of feathers on its release last year, outselling Burton in the US by a reported 10:1.
The upward curve under-foot rocker and magne-traction edge combined to make it unlike any other US-designed board, and it has fast become something of an icon in the evolution of snowboard design.
