Our menu changes continually as we only use the freshest ingredients available on a daily basis.
We offer a mix of modern and traditional Italian food, guided by the produce of Hokkaido, with an oriental twist. Our style is “omakase” , from the Japanese for “entrust”, in which the chef prepares a meal tailored to your preferences and based on budget, taste & seasonality. As such, we offer two differently priced menus.
We only serve the finest Italian wines and may not always have the same vintages on our menu due to a shortage in supply of someyears. Please see our menu at the restaurant.
After dinner liquore
We serve the best Grappa and a selection of classic Italian liquore.
We also offer a wine paring experience, which changes according to the food we serve on that particular evening, with a selection of fine wines from our main list of Italian wines. You will only be served the highest quality wines to ensure you have a memorable experience.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our dining experience we do not accept children under the age of 12. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Please do let us know in advance if you require pick-up and drop-off. Subject to availability, we should be able to arrange this service to and from the major areas – Hirafu, Higashiyama and in-between.
