kasetsu – WCH newest home

By 27th January 2012August 27th, 2013

WEST Canada Homes have unveiled their latest custom home – Kasetsu – in the Lower Hirafu Village. Working closely with the owner’s vision, West Canada Homes integrated the client’s desire for beautiful views with a house that the young family can enjoy for years to come.

Natural cedar siding, and cultured stone blend with modern elements such as glass railings and large triple glazed windows. Clean, sharp and elegant, Kasetsu is designed around a unifying stair core, built from steel, maple and glass. The design creates a warm and inviting ambience.

Its location demonstrates the family friendliness of the lower pension village – just minutes away from all Hirafu has to offer, but a little slower and quieter. Kasetsu is not the first home West Canada Homes have built in the area and more projects are planned.

“There remain several wonderful sites in the village that would be perfect for homes of a similar size and scale. In particular, on Karamatsu and Momiji Streets, and in the Lower Hirafu Village,” says Paul Nikel, President of West Canada Homes.

West Canada Homes is now working on other developments in the area with completion scheduled in 2013.
