Take-san, owner of the green curry bus, is from a small town near Kyoto and has been cooking and selling delicious curries from his bus for four years.
In the summertime he is a white water rafting guide and also drives his curry bus to a few festivals. In the winter he is selling green chicken curry in Niseko full-time, and this year he is parked just up the street from Hirafu-tei on Hirafu-zaka.
Take-san says his curry is the best because he uses local vegetables, coconut milk, and lots of love!
