Fluffy snow is falling gently in Niseko town. I went to back country near Iwao mountain yesterday. Visibility was not so good so I stayed in trees however snow was great and I enjoyed one good powder run. Also I enjoyed Goshiki hot spring which is one of my favorites after the little adventure.
It was dumping at Iwao yesterday afternoon. I believe there are new fresh snow in the resorts today. I might go to Annupuri or Moiwa as I think there are more snow than Hirafu side. I hope the top lifts open, but it might be too windy. Please check the latest lift status before you go out. PYEONGCHANG Olympic 2018 is starting today! I love winter Olympics!! There is no time difference between Pyeongchang and Niseko so we can watch the live games:)
