More 10 cm of new snow has fallen and very cold this morning.

I went to Kiroro yesterday. Snow was surprisingly great there! Lots of powder has kept in fresh in the trees. Kiroro is huge and always less people compare to Niseko, so advanced riders can share powder nicely at powder area. Also there are many beginners slopes are at upper area, beginners can relax and enjoy on groomers (NOT ICY).

Sunshine is forecast for today. Hopefully all gates open and there will be some fresh snow! Please check the avalanche report before you go out, avalanche risk is still high after the big storm. Or groomers are always nice specially upper area. Or you can simply take a bus to Kiroro;)  You can get speed easily on icy snow. Please ride carefully and don’t hit anything.

One more cold day tomorrow then temperature will go up again on Friday. Have a great day!
