We’ve woken up to a foggy morning but here with visibility in Niseko Town just 100m or so. However there is the glow of the sun coming through so I assume it’s a fine day above all that, and the sun should burn off the fog in coming hours and we should have a beautiful springy day.

Forecasts are suggesting it should be a warm day out there today too – up to 5C or possibly even 7C! So you may not need to layer up too much today, but if there’s a bit of wind it could cool down so be prepared – maybe take a back pack with an extra layer just in case.

I’d be sticking to the groomed runs in all resorts today as the off-piste has been a little hard and unforgiving. With the sun it may soften up a little later in the day.

The next few days look fairly similar, perhaps not quite as warm as today. Unfortunately no fresh snow forecast to fall in the near future. Have fun out there!
