Everything is sourced daily from the Sapporo Wholesale Markets and other local fishmongers to ensure only the freshest quality seafood is on offer each night. As a result, there is no “fixed” menu, but rather a market-display style menu which changes regularly according to what’s fresh and in season on the day.
Regular offerings include sashimi, scallops, oysters and king crab, accompanied by side dishes including squid-ink paella, clam chowder and Niseko potato wedges. They also have an extensive selection of Australian, New Zealand and French wines, as well as sake and spirits.
