The road closure in effect since October 28th 2011 on the Iwanai-Toya Line (commonly known as “Panorama Line”) was scheduled to be lifted on April 27th 2012. However, due to the uncertain snow clearance status and a high danger of avalanches, the closure will remain in effect for the time being. To guarantee everybody’s safety, the situation will be re-assessed on a regular basis. We apologise for the inconvenience.
