Location and directions
EN’S main kitchen/office is located in Lodge 330, Hirafu. We prepare all the food in our kitchen before arriving at your house, where we finish cooking and serve. We are also available for delivery.
About EN
EN is a full service food catering company. We cater for all events including canapé, parties, large banquets, elegant sit-down fine dining, sit-down casual dining, in-house/delivery breakfast, summer BBQ’s, lunch, and also run cooking classes. We are a chef-run company giving us the freedom to adjust menus and events to suit your catering needs.
Food
We focus on Japanese and French cuisine. Popular menu being our in-house sushi course; our chef will come to your home and set-up a proper sushi restaurant, made to order. Or, meet us outside in the sunshine for a BBQ lunch, serving Wagyu Beef steak and fresh summer salad. Don’t forget about breakfast, have it delivered or cooked by our in-house chef (see menu).
