There can only be one king, and the title of King of Kebabs has been claimed by Elvis (far right) for the past three seasons.
Elvis, originally from Wales, lived in Tokyo for 13 years and made kebabs in a friend’s shop. He came to Niseko for a visit and ended up opening his own kebab business. Elvis spends his mornings preparing his special kebab sauces and the fresh chicken. You can chose from a variety of dishes – he sells potato kebabs, vegetarian kebabs, kebab curries with rice, chicken kebabs, wraps and more.
You can find Elvis at his stall from 3pm to midnight every day. It’s located between SkiJapan and New White Bear
