Not many snow was fallen last night and super cold this morning. I went to Niseko Village early gondola yesterday. The sun just came out when I took the first gondola at 7:30 am and the sun pillar appeared. Snow flakes were sparkling like diamonds and everything was shining in pink. It was like a dream, the best moment for the season so far.

Another epic day has began. The weather forecast looks good, calm and sunny later. Snow is super dry, light and deep. Good day to go to the peak. Bring your camera and listen to the ski patrols, they are kind and friendly if you respect the Niseko rules.

Next low pressure is heading to Hokkaido. Enjoy today’s great snow as much as you can.
