HANAZONO is once again the place to be for competitions this season.

The Stomping Ground, Niseko’s No. 1 locale for park riding, will host a massive selection of rail, air and style comps throughout the season, which are bound to attract some of the best skiers and boarders from Japan and around the world.

Under the banner of the ‘Hanazono Freestyle Comp’, there will be monthly competitions all season.

This winter’s fierce competition already kicked off on New Year’s Eve with the thrills and spills of the Hanazono Rail Jam, and to follow is the airborne antics of Hanazono Big Air competition on January 16.

The popular Kissmark Cup and Hokkaido Half Pipe competitions also return this season on January 30 and 31 respectively.

In February, competition continues with the ups and downs of the Hanazono Half Pipe on the 13th, then on March 22 are the tricks and sticks of the Hanazono Slope Style.
