It’s cloudy and very windy this morning. I went to Grand Hirafu yesterday. There were another 10 cm of new snow on top. Strong wind and poor visibility stopped the top lift however I had some fresh turns on the courses. Snow condition was not too bad at all.
I might take a rest day as wind is even stronger and visibility is bad again. If you stay on lower courses, it should be all right. I will wait till wind gets calmer and the top gates open, hopefully it will happen tomorrow.
Winter condition will continue till this weekend. Stay safe and warm.
