Located just outside Blowhard Lodge at the top of Hirafu-zaka, Nabe-san offers 42 different crepes from his brightly decorated van.
Originally from Nagoya, this is his fifth season in Niseko serving sweets and crepes. During the summertime he runs a roadside food shop behind Mt Yotei.
His recommendations for his best crepes are the apple crumble and vanilla ice cream, and the banana chocolate. He also makes savoury crepes with ham, cheese and egg.
