The former popular Kutchan dining spot has reopened for season 2014-15 in the heart of Hirafu, serving amazing French cuisine.
This season marks the return of popular French restaurant Bistrot le Cochon. Formerly located in Kutchan, this favourite dining spot has now moved to the centre of Hirafu, situated in the Yamashizen West building. Chef Kazuhiko Kojima spent years studying cooking in the South of France and now brings his culinary skills back to Niseko, utilising the best cuts of Hokkaido meat and the freshest local vegetables to create amazing flavour combinations.
