Not many snow fall over night but it snowed A LOT all day yesterday. I went to Grand Hirafu and Hanazono yesterday and had the best powder day for the season so far. Snow was about knee high and so fresh everywhere.
Moiwa ski resort opens their pair lift today, so 5 all resorts are officially opened now! Grand Hirafu announced that they will open Shirakaba course today which is great news for beginners. I like Shirakaba course, too as it’s wide and gentle, also great view in silver birch (Shirakaba in English) forest.
Temperature will go up again from tomorrow till Tuesday. Have a great powder day!!
