AFTER Powderlife reported the sale of The Vale Niseko’s two penthouses and a further seven apartments since the start of the season, there have been another six apartment sales in the two weeks since.
Meikle and Associates Real Estate president Craig Meikle said he and Nisade chairman Jonathan Martin sold $6 million worth of property in a single week.
Meikle said the sales were in the upper levels of the ski-in-ski-out building.
“Four of them were three bedroom units facing Mt Yotei and one was an onsen unit on the fifth floor, followed up by another resort room.”
“We expect to sell quite a few more over Chinese New Year. There are only 10 left now and then it’s a done deal – the biggest success story of Niseko to date.”
