We're only a day into it but so far The Year of the Dragon is living up to it's fame: it's a bluebird day today in Niseko on a bed of fresh fallen, light, dry powder…. Things don't get better than this!
Looking forward it seems these conditions (light snow showers, cold temps) will stick around for a couple of days – the wind may build a little though in coming days.
