Niseko Snow Report // 14 February // 2012

By 14th February 2012June 28th, 2014Niseko Snow Report

Our base depth continues to deepen, ensuring good turns for everyone as we move into mid-February.

We're expecting quite a warm day today, with solid snow later in the day and into the evening. Check your lift movements here for more.

Sometime tonight we'll see (another) change push through and strong winds will have the temperatures plunging again, but with those cooler temps we'll also expect some decent steady snowfalls.

After a few days closed the peak gates are expected to open – dependent on conditions of course. Should be some fun to be found out there but do be careful. Lots of slopes will be heavily loaded and these changes in temperature & winds really raise the probability of a slide.  Check the latest backcountry / sidecountry info here.

Enjoy… but please be safe out there…
