The last 24 hours has seen some 23 cms of perfect Niseko Powder at village level – more at elevation of course. Yesterday's gusty winds gave way through the night to stillness so this morning flakes cling to everything.
Shouldn't be any issues with lift movements this morning so expect a great morning on the hill.
Expecting intermittent snow through to the weekend and the season opening of Hananzono and the start up of new Hirafu Gondola. Still very early to say much for sure but it certainly has the makings of a great early season…
