Niseko Snow Report // December 09 // 2011

By 9th December 2011June 28th, 2014Niseko Snow Report

Some fresh snow yesterday afternoon gave way to clear skies and very low overnight temps. We've got the snow back again now – big fat flakes ever so slowly fulfilling their Newtonian obligations.

We've got some cold weather around – the coldest in years this early in the season. (Neighbouring Kimombetsu hit minus 23 this morning!) That's fantastic news for powder lovers as the great snow conditions are lasting really well – plus there's almost no-one around. And of course the base depths are steadily rising and this weather is set to stick around longer still.

More of the same – cold temps, light snow – are expected for at least another three days yet.

Check your lifts here and enjoy!
