SALES of Capella Niseko continue to roll in, with three deposits received for apartments from buyers in Niseko alone this season.

A GRAND interior water feature and a pantheon-influenced reception will greet guests to the six-star, Tadao Ando-designed Capella Niseko at Annupuri.

CAPELLA, the world's only six-star hotel and resort chain, will begin construction on its Niseko resort in May 2010 for completion in 2011.

WHILE developers and investors the world over fought to stay afloat this year, Niseko managed to defy the trend. This year saw new benchmarks in luxury apartments and private residences completed. Several large, upper-village development sites were acquired, and a number of significant commercial properties changed hands.
