LJ Hooker moves into Niseko

AUSTRALIAN real estate giant LJ Hooker will be opening a Niseko branch soon, the first branch in Japan.

The office will be located in the Downtown Café building at the end of the main drag on the second floor.

Rob Holmes will be at the helm as head of sales.

“We believe that despite the recent economic downturn there is still huge potential for development and sales in Niseko,” says Holmes.

“This and the fact that we have in-depth local knowledge and a combined experience in Hokkaido of over 40 years puts us in an excellent position to provide a vibrant, beneficial service to both vendor and purchaser.”

L.J. Hooker is looking to open 35 franchises in Hokkaido and a total of 70 throughout Japan over the next three years.

LJ Hooker has a nationwide presence in Australia as well as franchises in 13 countries including China, India Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates. It has 800 franchises in total.
