The two-bedroom premium suites are located on the second, third and fourth levels of the building. Each has two bedrooms, with one king double or two single beds possible in each room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, as well as expansive views of Middle Hirafu Village. There is an additional bathroom with shower to share between the second bedroom and living space. The open-plan living space has a full-featured kitchen and a private balcony adjoins the lounge area. Aspect Niseko is located at the bottom of Middle Hirafu Village. Built on the edge of escarpment, the building offers some of the best Yotei views in the village. It’s a one-minute drive or five-minute walk up to the centre of the village, where the middle and upper villages meet. Here you have grocery and convenience stores, ATMs and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Lifts / Transport
The ACE family ski lift is around 500 metres away. You can catch this lift further up the mountain to the higher lifts, or you can walk another 10 minutes or so up the hill. For those who don’t like the idea of clomping uphill, you can jump on the free village shuttle which stops just nearby – this runs around the village every 10 or 15-minutes throughout the day and night, and can even be used to go to restaurants.

Aspect Niseko is located right alongside one of Niseko’s finest dining and entertainment precincts in Momiji Street. Choose from The Barn, Ezo Seafoods or Izakaya Kougetsu and many more. If you’re after après drinks, try The Barn’s mezzanine cocktail lounge, grab some beer and local vibes at Bar Barumba, or some laid back jazz tunes at Half Note. Within five to 10-minutes walk there’s dozens more restaurants and bars to choose from.

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in 3 bedroom premium apartment. The apartment was very modern, large and very comfortable. We had other friend’s staying at Niseko who were very jealous of our accomodation when they visited.
Apartments are in walking distance to all restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The whole team were so friendly and accommodating, with daily lifts to and from the snowfields without any hesitation. Special mention to Michael, where customer service, happiness and assistance just came naturally to him. Michael you certainly were a family favourite.

I think the location, room level, and cleanliness are perfect. From the living room, you can see Mt. Yotei along with the morning sun. Air conditioners are located in the living room and main bedroom. The other bedrooms don’t have air conditioning, so it might be hot in midsummer.

Awesome place
There was really only one issue with the place, and that was the noise that was coming through the adjoining door to the next door apartment which had another family in it. The noise insulation was so poor that we could hear their conversations and no doubt they could ours. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it 5 stars.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, kitchen facilities superb, AV equipment good, good wifi, showers were clean and unending hot water with good pressure. The location was also good and if you wanted to go anywhere the concierge service will shuttle you everywhere. Everything you want after a whole day in the snow.
The staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating.

Simply breathtaking
Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment with the living room facing Mount Yotei. The view was amazing and the conceriage service from the apartment was impeccable. The apartment feels totally new with all the latest appliances. The apartment is also a short walk to main Hirafu “happening” area where you can find cafes and restaurants. The slopes are also not very far away and the conceriage service will send you there.

Amazing, Attentive, Anticipative!
Amazing rooms and views. Attentive staff that served as a full service conceirge and at the same time, gave my family and I the space needed to explore ourselves. They were anticipative and proactive. Fireplace, washing machine, full kitchen, heated bathrooms, Apple TV and a 3 minutes walk to the main strip in Hirafu (Niseko) are just some of the pleasant “surprises” that makes this a perfect stay! (I’m traveling on holiday with my wife and 2 kids.)

Best Niseko Modern Accomodation
This is my second trip to Niseko and Aspect made my trip smooth and extra memorable. First of all, I love the design of the building and interior of the apartment. It’s so modern, yet so cosy. Lovely use of wood accents throughout the place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt and it’s got the best amenities. Heated radiators to have warm clothes perfect after your shower, a beautiful fireplace that adds warmth especially when you are hanging out with your family in the late evening. A very functional kitchen with everything you will need to whip up a nice meal. Convention oven/ microwave, stove, dish washer, nice variety of pans, pots and utensils.
Every morning, they have fresh pastry delivered, I have to admit I do look forward to them in the morning. Service at Aspect is top notch too. They have a ski valet, that will take you to where you need. And beyond that, I fell down on the ski slopes and the Aspect staffs were able to make all my physio appointments, chauffeur me to physio and even take me to the markets to get some gifts for the family.
The location of Aspect is great. Convenient to get around lower Hirafu and the view from the apartment is amazing. I love their little rooftop, offering a beautiful view of mount Yotei.
Thank you to all their staff for making this trip so smooth and hope to see them all again. I will definitely recommend Aspect to anyone.

Beautiful apartments with a view to match – there’s nothing like having breakfast with Mount Yotei as the backdrop. Great location in Hirafu village – though there is a shuttle for when you don’t feel like walking. The staff is wonderful and was able to recommend great hidden izakayas we would never have found on our own. Would love to stay at Aspect again!

Love the apartment here and the team make you feel so welcomed! The location is brilliant but if you don’t like walking you can take advantage of the daily shuttle service around Hirafu. The concierge team onsite can also help reserve tables at local restaurants if you need help. The apartments are comfortable and perfect for a small group. Great views too! We had fast WIFI so perfect if you are like me and need to work while staying :( Super impressed with the services and standard of the apartment. 10 out of 10!

More than just superb
This is my second visit to Aspect within a space of a year. We enjoyed our first stay so much that my family had insisted on returning to Aspect as I had wanted to try other new places to stay. I must say I was glad we did as it felt like coming home. This time again we took a three bedroom apt and a family friend took the adjoining/connecting 2 bedroom apartment so it became a perfect 5 bedrooms apt which enabled our kids to hang whilst the adults also had space to have our after ski happy hour. The apartments were very clean and immaculately maintained and the service was spot on. Nothing was too much to ask.
I was most impressed with the chaffeur service which in fact is equivalent to ski valet. We have always been a big fan of ‘ski in ski out’ apt’s or hotels but the efficient chauffeur service was able to drop us to wherever we wanted to ski. We have come to realise ‘ski in ski out’ is too restrictive and overrated as it restricts you to only one slope. The chauffeur service could pick us up from wherever we ended up after a long day skiing . It was such perfect arrangement . It made skiing so much more enjoyable with this flexibility .
Aspect is nestled in lower Hirafu village where most of the popular restaurants are located and within minutes walking distance. So if you are a skier and a foodie this is definitely the place to stay .

Excellent accommodation and valet service!!
Spent a week in Aspect in early March this year on our annual ski holiday with family and friends. We booked 2x 2-bedroom apartments to accommodate the 8 of us. The apartments were in pristine condition, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, floor to ceiling windows, luxurious and comfortable. There was a balcony with a sitting area and we could get great views from there. We had delicious pastries sent up to us every morning, and could enjoy a Nespresso cup of coffee looking out at Mount Yotei.
Aspect also offered this incredible ski valet service which basically gave us the use of a driver and a car to get us around the ski resorts, for skiing or otherwise. There was no need to walk around with our skies in our arms or on our shoulders! We would come back to ski in Niseko because of Aspect and would recommend it to all our family and friends!

This place is beautiful. A high end service apartment tucked away in the lower village of Niseko. It is no more than 10min walk to the main streets of the village where you would find numerous restaurants and bars. However, I would recommend exploring the lesser known restaurants tucked away in the lower village. Aspect sits on the slope of a little cliff, which means we get a gorgeous view of Mount Yotei before us and a full view of the upper village behind us. The furnishings are modern, tasteful and cozy. Each apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from kitchen appliances, laundry machines and excellent staff to PS4 consoles, private shuttle services and complete rooftop access for those sunset drinks. It really is the perfect cross between comfort and leisure. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who is visiting Niseko to stay here.

Perfect view
A modern construction of a condotel with concierge service. Rental a same floor 2 bedded and 3 bedded apartment that comes with full facilities in the apartment. The living room view is facing Mt yotei while my bedroom is facing hirafu ski site. Apartment also provide free transport to all the ski site which helps a lot especially during winter. Our 4 night stay at Aspect was truly memorable.. Our 3 bedroom apartment was finished to perfection. Contemporary furnishings, impeccably clean with dreamy snowy views you really couldn’t wish for more. Our only complaint was the cleaning system.. Cleaning was only offered every second day which we found difficult with so many people. It would improve the experience substantially if cleaning and towel change was offered daily. Especially for the large apartments.
The concierge went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and as a family of 7 this proved to be challenging at times..! The car service made all the difference. We were driven back and forth to wherever we needed to go, it was such a pleasure.
Niseko lived up to all expectations and fresh snow fall was a daily feature. The village does fall short in the restaurant department though and most eateries were very westernized which was a disappointment as we are used to authentic Japanese food found throughout Japan.. The village does lack an authentic Japanese feel in general which we didn’t enjoy and it doesn’t attract a very sophisticated crowd like European resorts. However, the snow conditions were the best we have ever experienced. The lift system was very efficient and the slopes were immaculately groomed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely stay again at Aspect!

Stayed in the Miharashi Premium on the 2/F with 2 other couples. 3BR unit with 2 of the rooms having ensuite T&B. Units had a drying room with heated boot dryer, lots of storage space, dining table for 8 plus a counter that could seat 3 more, 2 tv’s in the living area and basically a ton of space to unwind in. Location was a quick 5-7 minute walk to the center of town.
Concierge service was amazeballs. Two thumbs way up. They would basically take you wherever you would want to go within the niseko area and extremely helpful in booking restaurants, ski classes and what not. For groups that have kids or seniors in tow and are having doubts about choosing this property because of it’s lcoation (some people would prefer staying right in upper hirafu), the concierge can drop you off or pick you up anytime they are available.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom Miharashi Premium Room for 12 night in mid-January 2018 with 3 adult children. The accommodation is first class with spacious rooms and living areas, well appointed bathrooms for each bedroom, a drying room in the apartment for boots and plenty of places to hang ski gear to dry. The view over the lower village rooftops and to Mt Youtei in the background is really cool! The location worked really well and we could walk to shops and restaurants easily. Getting to and from lifts was a dream with 2 vans available for transfers. A huge shout out to the whole concierge team – your friendliness and attentiveness made the whole experience extra special.

Me and my family stayed at Aspect this christmas for our annual ski trip. There were 10 of us so we stayed in the 5 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms were modern and stylish with comfortable beds. Only thing was it was quite dry in the room during the night and would be much better if they provided humidifiers in the room for us.
We had a breath-taking view of the Mount Yotei from our balcony for us to wake up to every morning! They delivered bread and pastry to our apartment every morning and they were warm and delicious.
The location of the hotel is very good, we could walk to restaurants, onsens, supermarket and bars very easily.
All the staff at aspect were super helpful and friendly. They gave us a whatsapp number and they responded promptly to every request of ours. We had car transfer arranged to take us to the ski lifts and also to our dinners everyday, which we think was excellent service!
We had a very pleasant and happy stay and will definitely stay there again for our next ski trip!
