Set amidst the stunning backdrop of this world famous winter wonderland, Niseko Gourmet provides private in-house catering services including modern fusion, Thai fine dining and traditional Japanese cuisine utilising local ingredients. We also offer gourmet delivery and cooking classes, inspired by the Niseko region and its excellent Hokkaido fresh produce. We established our catering services on the basis of a passion for food, sharing experiences with people and providing professional, friendly and relaxed service.

With Niseko Gourmet’s private catering service, you can share an amazing in-house dining experience with your family and friends without leaving the comfort of your own accommodation. A Niseko Gourmet Host and Private Chef will come to you, arrange the setting, prepare and serve you incredible dishes, and clean everything away.

Our seasonal menu has been matched with wines selected by our Tokyo wine sommelier, which are available for purchase by the bottle. We are happy to address any additional requirements on request, however please provide at least 48 hours notice so we can ensure we are able to accommodate your needs.
