No new snow has fallen in the last 12 hours but it snowed day time yesterday so the mountain should get 10-20 cm of powder snow! The storm has gone away and sunshine is back.
Many more lifts and courses will open from today. Hirafu renewed King #3 lift. It become quad lift and faster. Opening ceremony will be held at 8:45. Hanazono will open all three lifts, Moiwa will kick off the season today. I’m very excited but remind myself that there is not enough snow to cover all items such as rocks, trees, bamboo etc.
Temperature will go up again for next couple of days. Let’s enjoy powder snow today!!
