A cold and snowy morning here in Niseko, and coupled with some solid precipitation you know what means – super dry powder. And lots of it. It snowed all day yesterday and overnight, with a fresh foot of powder all over the village. Up on the mountain that’s going to be more. There will be plenty of pow to plunder out there today.
Looking ahead and it’s more of the same for the next four or five days with super cold air keeping the powder dry and fluffy. Unfortunately the wind is likely to cause us some issues tomorrow and Monday. You might have to call it a lay day or do some investigation to find somewhere that’s got their lifts running. Let’s not look that far ahead yet – there’s going to be some of the best powder of the season out there today right up until this evening. Enjoy!
