Mother Nature and Father Christmas have come up with the perfect present for everyone in Niseko – after a few days without snow we’ve woken up to a White Christmas! About 10cm has fallen overnight. Most lifts and all gondolas are open so after opening presents get out there and shred.

The entire 9-day forecast apart from one day is coming up snowmen at the moment. It’s a little warm now until this front moves through, then it should cool right down and we’ll have epic powder conditions for the next few days. Winds might cause a few problems though – particularly on Sunday and Monday. Today and tomorrow are looking good and Tuesday could be epic.

Merry Christmas!
