A few cm of new snow has fallen in the last 12 hours. Windy and foggy morning again.

It was warm and wet yesterday. It was snowing last night but not enough to cover all rocks and bamboo yet. Although I’m happy to see the white world again!

I found a nice topic on Grand Hirafu web site. They have opened *beacon park* in Hirafu. You can test and train your beacon search skill there. Have you used your beacon for searching? Many people have one now but If you don’t know how to use it, it’s just an useless electronic box. Knock the ski patrol base at top of center 4 lift, Hirafu ski patrols will help you to use the beacon park.

A heavy snow fall is forecast for next few days. A blizzard might stop air planes or trains again. Please consider your plans for tomorrow. The day is coming soon.
