Finally the winds have died down at village level but above 1000 m it looks like the winds may still be persisting. There is a chance the upper mountain will open but the gate #2 will remain closed today. Temperatures are forecast to rise throughout the day so to make themost of the recent snowfall get up on the mountain early.
