Having experienced more than one Niseko winter, I should be used to the overwhelming amounts of snow, but I looked outside my window today, everything was white, and I felt like jumping up and down and racing around the room like a kid on red cordial. The big flakes are falling soft and steady, and Hirafu is once again looking like picture-book town from the North Pole!
I can’t wait to get up the hill tomorrow, and I made sure to duck into Rhythm earlier to pick up a new, extremely low-light lens while their store-wide sale is on. As previously mentioned in my awesome opening party story, the Rhythm opening is tonight, and they are having 20% off everything, free drinks, and a bunch of prizes and give aways.
Don’t have too big of a night though, because tomorrow is going to be a POW day and you know it!
