However we have to alert you to the date… April 1 :)

Sorry – we couldn’t help ourselves!

Although we do think this is a brilliant idea! Can someone make this happen?

If you’re after “top-end” accommodation, most Niseko and Hakuba accommodation options have now been released for next season.

    Harold,
We’d love to see it! Judging by the number of people who liked and commented on the Facebook post I think it would be a hit. Although as “A” above suggests, there it might be hard to get them approved!

    A,
What if they had padding all around the inside of them so that when they fell the occupants would just bounce around inside until it stopped rolling down the hill?

This is an ill informed article.

Where is your source for these supposed 400 tree houses? These would not comply with japanese seismic regulations.

I have experience dealing with local councils and I would be extremely surprised if these were allowed to be built, not to mention in such enormous quantities.

I would love to assist in the design, management and construction of these within Hakuba or Niseko! I think it would be great to partner with Muji or Toyota who are architectural innovators for pre-fab modular housing solutions within Japan.
