Well… today’s full a 15 degrees warmer than yesterday (up from -12 to 3 degrees at 6am) and you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what that does to snow… That said, up top conditions are much colder and this rain at village height is wet snow up high. Thick cloud cover will keep things pretty dim.

Temps are set to drop again this afternoon meaning it should soon be snowing down to the base stations – and it looks set to continue for a few days!

My tip: a lazy morning, chase down a hotwax for your fav powder tools, and be ready to charge at dawn’s crack tomorrow! The keen among you feel free to chase down some turns up high in the safe knowledge that there’ll be almost no-one around.
